I was just accepted to Tulane’s Spring Scholars Program. I read about it on their website but if I’m being honest I didn’t know that it existed until this morning. Does anyone have any past experience with it? I’m looking at the study abroad program in Italy, has anyone been on it? I’m just trying to get a read on the program.
My daughter was also accepted as a spring scholar. She is looking at the options for study abroad in the fall. Her concerns are with finding a Tulane Cohort group to attend with, so that spring semester when students start at Tulane, she will have a network of friends.
Apparently there is a Spring Scholar Facebook group. She should join that. There are currently a group of students in Spain right that are spring admits for 2018. They all decided to do the trip to Spain together.
My understanding is that some kids go to Loyola in NOLA you don’t need to go to Europe
