Spring Semester Class Help

Hello, I am a freshman that will be starting in Spring 2011 in the field of Electrical Engineering. I would like to receive some help regarding classes. Now, I have already taken a year of Calculus at my high school, but was unable to take the AP test due to my spring graduation. I was wondering if it would be wise to take PHY 303K and 103M. Another factor that makes me want to take the class this semester is because I saw that Antoniewicz was teaching it and he had a 47 percent A rate.

My other planned classes include:
M408C
EE302
EE306

If I do not take PHY 303K and 103M, my backup class would be CC318.
Please tell me your opinions.
Thank you for your time.

FYI: that rating for Antoniewicz is from 2005 so idk things may have changed since then.

You will be fine for phy303k since you have taken calc AB though. I have heard 303L is ten times harder than 303k but they both are tremendously time-consuming so it looks like your schedule will be packed

So do you think CC318 or PHY303K and PHY103M would be the better choice?

Take CC318. You’ll have more than enough on your plate with Chiou teaching 306 and calculus.

I did not choose Chiou though.

Chiou is the only professor teaching EE 306 next semester.

I know, I was talking about Calculus.
