Spring semester transfers?

<p>I've prowled the USC site and google for around 40 minutes and can't find a definitive answer as to whether they accept applicants for the Spring semester. I know it's possible to get pushed back to spring if you get rejected as a fall semester applicant, but I can't seem to find anything that says it's possible to actually apply for the spring. I can't find deadlines or anything like that, and all the forms list Fall as the only option for applicants.</p>

<p>If anybody could clarify this for me or link me to something that would solve this, that would be much appreciated!</p>

<p>Deferaals may be requested for 1 year, however a deferral to Spring is not mentioned, just a deferral from Fall to Fall (Fall 2014 to Fall 2015, for example).
