<p>Are there no California schools accepting spring transfers next year? Seriously this is going to suck! I'm over this state!</p>
<p>Merced should be open for Spring. That’s probably it for the UCs. Altho Prop 30 passed, so maybe other UCs will open for Winter/Spring as well. Check back in July (when the application cycle opens).</p>
