<p>i called the hotel admissions office today and they would not give me a date that they'd mail the decisions. </p>
<p>however, my problem is the tuition payment for the institution i go to now is due on Dec. 15th. and i don't want to be charged for a late payment. what should i do?</p>
<p>I'd call the admissions office and explain to them the situation. CALS admissions seemed pretty reasonable when they told me to let them know if I needed to know within a certain time period. Plus I imagine we will hear before ED Freshies.</p>
<p>you guys think for ilr transfer, since most applicants are from NY and the NE..would being an Asian from the South be an advantage or irrelevant?</p>

<p>I have not received the big matriculation packet yet but I got the little envelope with my acceptance letter and a brochure for the transfer orientation...which is the 16-18th of January and mandatory btw. I also received a preliminary transfer credit evaluation and they gave me junior standing even though I'll be 2nd semester sophomore. I'll let you guys know when I get it.</p>

<p>I was a GT :-p So I'm in a different boat. And yes I received my acceptance letter 2 days ago. AEM</p>
<p>originally when I had received a letter from them with my GT application, they told me that they'd notify me in the beginning of december...</p>
<p>but i called hotel admissions they said that because admissions is rolling, there is no specific date that they mail out the decisions. but probably mid-december (the 15th) we'll start to hear from them.</p>
<p>I haven't received my NetID, you get that shorty after you declare and deposit...and the acceptance letter wasn't as small as it could be if it was a rejection, there was an orientation brochure and 2 other things included with it.</p>
<p>you did not receive any notification by email? I thought that is how applicants are initially notified</p>
