Spring Transfer to Brown, NYU, USC, UMASS, Syracuse, BC

I'm strongly looking in to transferring, but since I am an international student and have not gone through the school hype process in high school it's hard for me to judge if I realistically stand a chance at transferring to a better school or not. Therefor I have compiled a quite long list of schools to apply to. Usually it would be to communications programs if offered. Obviously any Ivy is a reach, but I know brown does not require SAT's for transfers, but I thought I would throw in there. Please let me know what you think.

The schools are.

Brown U

New York U

Syracuse U

U Southern California

University of Massachusetts Amherst

Boston C

These are the credentials I am applying with
- International student with a 3.8 (3.5 first semester, 4.0 second semester) at a small liberal arts school
-66 Hours over three semesters,
-A summer study abroad in Africa, as well as independently volunteering at a school to teach sports,
-Having started my own documentary film festival at my school, with several professors participating
Having served on the Academic Affairs Council as well as Student Congress for the past year
- Around 40 hours of community service
- Member of Student Peace Alliance as well as Students for Environment and Knowledge, where we went to D.C. this semester and lobbied the senator from TX, Ms. Hutchinson.
-Member of fraternity
-no aid needed

My SAT's (around 1150, took it in early 2006, while not speaking English that well at the time) are bad, but does that really matter when applying with that amount of credits?

bumb de bumb, also are there other schools that I could possibly reach lower/higher for in this category of schools in the north east or west coast?

another bump
