<p>Extremely difficult because relatively few give merit to transfers (see the Resources sticky thread) and they are generally given out in the fall. FA can be limited in the spring too.</p>
<p>To narrow it down, you must give some stats, major (if relevant, eg. engineering), region of the country, etc.</p>
