<p>My goal was to transfer for the fall of my sophomore year. However, it didn't work out with the schools I applied to. </p>
<p>I would really like to transfer before my sophomore year ends. Does anyone know of anyone whose transfered in the middle of the year and can give some pro/cons?</p>
<p>One of my main concerns is I may not get as much financial aid.</p>

<p>I was a spring transfer to Kent and it was a mixed situation.</p>
<p>Pros: You can move your stuff in and noone else usually is into the dorm
Less parking hassels.</p>
<p>Cons: You can't pick your roommate.
Classes are filled up by the time you find out about them
Usually people graduate in Spring semester so it messes up the traditional 2 years CC, 2 years University model.
Everyone has already met their friends for the year.</p>
<p>Advice would be to wait until fall semester.</p>
