spring vs. fall transfer

<p>I posted this in the transfer forum, but i thought that i could get some more insight here. Thanks for the help</p>

<p>I was wondering if anyone had any information or opinions on the relative transfer sucess rates at NYU , specifically CAS, in the spring vs. the fall. I am going to be applying for the sping of '08, but was wondering if the relatively low transfer acceptance rate for this fall coupled with large acceptance rates from general admission make spring transfer less likely? Also, does anyone have any spring transfer experience or advice (regardless of their school)

<p>I am guessing: more people apply to transfer for fall than spring. It's easier to leave the school you're at in the end of the year than midyear. But that's a guess.</p>
