Can anyone tell me how many hours are truly required to be on the sprint football team?

Sorry but that's a very specific question. That might be better addressed by a member of the football team currently attending Princeton or by contacting their coach/their staff...

They're telling me it is only a heavy commitment in the summer; I think they're just trying to not turn me off to it, since time to study is my major concern. i was hoping to get a players prospective. I was hoping one would be roaming these forums

my boyfriend played and although I'm not certain I think it was like, maybe three hours a day during the season? I could be totally off on that but it seems right...and then pretty much nothing all winter and workouts starting up again in fall. he enjoyed the whole experience and played all 4 years

I found out. Thanks anyways.
For anyone else.
It's basically an all-day thing starting the 2nd week of august and up til school
Once the season starts its 3 hr a day practice and they try to get you into the weight room for an hour a day whenever you don't have class. Friday is much less. Kinda a walk through.

1MX have you looked into the rugby program at all? I've been considering playing for a while but don't know how good you have to be/time commitment, etc.

I don't have the conditioning to play rugby. I am HUGE into powerlifting so my endurance stops at a 10 minute mile. Rugby is very fun though, I'd encourage you to look into it.
