<p>It is a great option for those who are considered too small for college football but who really want to play for the love of the sport. I read an article this past season about a sprint football player at West Point was invited to join their NCAA team.</p>
<p>Many colleges have wonderful club, intramural and alternative team program in sports, I have noticed. Anyone who is interested in these optiions will find some great schools offering them. The reason you don't hear as much about sprint football is that there is not the recruiting for the sport, nor is it anywhere nearly as helpful in getting a student into an ultra selective college.</p>
