i am planning to apply to sps, andover, exeter, choate, and deerfield only…

these are my top 5 so i guess this is enough… should i lessen it or apply to more schools???
how many people should i get to write my recs??? I got three (other than my math and english teachers) people who will write good recs for sure. one is french teacher, other is band, and other is my kumon instructor who thinks i am a very good student.

Wait… I’m confused… so you can have more than one teacher outside of the academic area to write your reccomendation? Wait–in school or out? I thought out (well Exeter and the TSAO), so I was thinking of my private lesson teacher… or is it just other activities during the school day you do–those teachers? Like normal gym, art, music, et cetera? Eep. I feel like I can’t read because they tell you on the websites… but I’m just asking in case I interpreted it wrong.

Oh goodie. Thanks! If the only choice you have is to go to a boarding school (I can attend my local high school if necessary, but obviously I prefer the BS), then you should keep that number. If you don’t really care, and you just want to see what it’s like to apply to a BS for experience on how to apply to a college… then lessen the number. That’s what I think, but you should do whatever you think is right.

Well, I thought for the TSAO, you have one math, one english, and one out of school reccomendations. >.< Look on Exeter’s website.
