I don’t know why I am having trouble with this.
School does block scheduling. Example- English is taken only half the year, Phys Ed elective is a quarter of the year. To update the SRAR would the Course Length be listed as “Semester” or “Block Scheduled up to two terms”. Each “Semester” (aka half the year) course the students are given two grades (one for each half) and then that grade is averaged at the end of the year to appear on their transcript. The elective course (half a semester course) is given only one grade since it’s not a full semester course.
Hope that makes sense. Basically do I enter two grades for English since we get a grade each quarter or just the final grade?
