SRAR-Do I put my grade based on my schools grade scale or Rutgers grade scale?

Im a senior currently filling out the Self Reported Academic Record and In the area where it says grade I dont know what to put. My school doesnt use +/- and the scale is different from most schools.
My schools scale is:
93-100 A
92-86 B
85-75 C
74-60 D
below 60 F
should I base it on that ^^^ or the usual
90-100 A
89-80 B
79-70 C
69-60 D
59-0 F

A lot of my grades would be considered As by the second scale standard but Bs by my schools scale. what do I do?

Also do I send my transcript too or just the SRAR?

Report your grades EXACTLY as they appear on your transcript. They do not want you to send your transcript yet. They will request a final transcript upon your acceptance and enrollment at Rutgers to compare against your SRAR. If there is a discrepancy, the will rescind your admission.
