SRAR? Unweighted or Weighted GPA?

<p>On the SRAR do I submit in my Unweighted GPA or my Weighted GPA??</p>

<p>On my transcript, it shows only my Weighted GPA as a percent while my Unweighted GPA is a 3.52; the weighted GPA is 94.083%, and in my school, 94-100 is an A so does it mean my Weighted GPA is 4.0?</p>
