SSP, YSPA, RISE - 2 quick questions!

If you were admitted and attended one of these programs:

  1. where did you matriculate to?
  2. did you request and receive a letter of recommendation from a faculty member to include as an additional recommendation with your college application? I’ve heard mixed things as to whether to request one and that some faculty won’t give them.

My ‘23 attended SSP astrophysics and loved the experience. Very interesting, great people, nice to collaborate with peers who care about learning.

Yes, requested and received a supplemental letter from one of the faculty.

Admitted EA to and plans to attend MIT ‘27.
