St. John's: is there a specific form for the recommendation?

<p>I need 2 recs for St. John's Pharm.D program. I've looked all over the website and could not find a form for the rec (ex. the commonapp's teacher evaluation form). Can someone just confirm this? Do they really not have a form for it?</p>

<p>If not, then the teacher just writes a letter of recommendation in any format he/she wants, correct?</p>

<p>yes they have a form for that. It’s on the admissions website, and I think they have a link that has all the forms. Then you download it from the website and give it to your teachers. :)</p>
