<p>Hi, I printed out the St. Johns Recommendation letter form along with the transcript request form but both of these require me to give my social security number. Is it safe for the counselor to see this number? Thanks</p>
<p>I think it should be no problem for the counselors to see it. The colleges probably use it to identify the applicant faster.</p>
