<p>Has any one attented St.Johns University in Queens.Im thinking of applying there is it a boring school.Are they really strict on campus?Is there a party scene there.Hows the greek life?And how are the girls there?Also how is the school overall thanks your impute would be helpful.</p>

<p>As a Queens resident I can tell you that the immediate area around the university is basically suburbs. It’s definitely not urban; and if you want to get to Manhattan and the more urban areas close to it, you’ll have to take a bus to some metro lines.</p>
<p>@vienneselights its a pretty good school academically.I just havent heard alot about social events like partys and drinking.@islander4 is it a long trip to Manhattan?</p>
<p>The quickest bus to the closest subway is about 10-15 minutes. And then from the station to the first Manhattan stop is about 20-30 minutes. That’s assuming the bus isn’t too sluggish and that one is taking either of the two express trains.</p>
