Ok, so…don’t have sex…? And do other dumb stuff. Sounds easy enough. My current school is too uptight.

Does all of this happen occasionally, or more frequently?

Edit mpicz: Today I was speaking with my friend about today’s lunch (which was awful) and said something along the lines of “Damn, this stuff is worse than blah blah blah” and I got pulled up by the vice principal. I was given a lecture about being respectful with “powerful language”.

Just for fun and typical flavor… here were the announcements from yesterday’s morning chapel (they are online, as is the menu). Nothing special, no surprise holiday, just a normal day.

Prayers
Tammy Farwell, wife of staff member Roger Farwell, who will be undergoing cancer treatment.

Welcome

is anyone revisiting?

Pens871: Someone started a list a few pages back, maybe you should add that one and yourself and repost. You might even get a few ‘lurkers’ to come out of the woodwork and say what they are planning. Even better I hope they will post how their revisits went.

I know there must be a lot revisits this weekend, because the school thinks they will have a better feeling about the waitlist after this weekend (assuming revisits make decisions). BUT, of course, applicants don’t have to decide until April 10th, but most people want to decide and get it over with.

I.AM.GOING.TO.SPS.TMROW.FOR.MY.REVISIT.
TEHEHEHE I AM SOOOOOO EXCITEDDD!

ohhh and the other night, the girls’ hockey coach called my house and wanted to meet me…AND IM EXCITEDD

:)

OMG he called me too!
are you doing the full 2day revisit?

My parents won’t let me go…since we know I’m going they don’t want to spend the extra money :(. The Deerfield basketball coach e-mailed me saying that he got me an invite to come to DA revisits…and that I should re-think my decision because I would get off the waitlist. I’m like…no thank you. I should have never been put on that stupid waitlist in the first place lol.

Wish I could go to SPS re-visit though…Oh well. I’ll be even more excited come this september.

^ Your pretty deadset on SPS (good thing) you’ll be super excited this sept.

I was waitlisted at DA too… and taking myself off the list soon cauz im sure for sps

Yea, same. I checked SPS first…once I saw I got in I almost didn’t want to get in anywhere else. Because I applied as 11th to everywhere else and I know my parents would have tried to force me into something. I still go on the SPS portal just to look at the congratulations thing again lol.

ahah yea so do i, the page w the admission staff jumping
so youre repeating 10th?

Yup I will be repeating 10th at SPS.

My son has his admissions email from NMH saved (probably for life, lol). They did a group of students cheering for you along with the World Music Combo playing and a background of “congratulations” written in several languages. (This was 2007).

My daughter is at her revisit as we speak. All you student lurkers out there be nice to Chicky315:) She was very excited!
