Congratulations! All afternoon after finding out, my head was fuzzy and I couldn’t concentrate!! Share this great news with family and close friends! Whooo hooo!!!
I felt the same way! Just overwhelmed and unable to focus. Haha!

After being like that for hours, then I had to nap, then I woke up starving!!! I was a mess - D22 was laughing and I told her, I don’t know how you got through your school day!

My daughter just got off the Stamps call organized for recipients across the country. She said it was wonderful — more and more it just seems like such a fabulous opportunity.

My D22 was on that call as well! She really liked it. Got to meets lots of students. Yes, i get the feeling the Stamps Foundation is very well run and they truly partner with their schools to create their vision put it to fruition. Thats where the schools have a bit a freedom

There were about 120 Stamps scholars from across the country on the call. Seemed very beneficial to get a sense of who was involved.
D and others from UO now forming a UO group chat and will reach out to their advisor to let others know to join.

Hi Everyone, hope the kids are committing to their schools, wherever they are. Just wanted to say that Pitt has been doing a really nice job communicating with my D22, but not too much. They invited her (and I’m certain others who were offered the scholarship) to an event next week for the current graduating Stamps Scholars at Pitt. It’s nice that they are including the newbies right away.

Update @ghostmorning , D22 did get an email about the call tonight and in the email there was a link. Maybe they did not get your registration if they are sending you rsvp email?
Perhaps register again or let them know the issue.
Best of luck! D22 really enjoyed the last call like this. I am hoping she gets to meet/see some of her Pitt cohort because I am pretty sure the finalists needed to let Pitt know yes or no by April 15.

Did you like the call @ghostmorning? My D22 said only about 60 students were on the call last night, but she was glad to be on again.
Yes, wasn’t as many students but it was still pretty cool! Definitely glad I was able to make it to this one! Even got to meet someone from my future school (and got added to the group chat yay!).
