does anyone know about the Stand-by SAT? i just called the college board technical support, they said i can only go to the schools administrater the TEST and hoping for extra materials they have so i can get one, plus 35 dollars. that that makes it nearly 100 bucks to take a test, unbelievable, anyway, if anybody knows more about it, plz reply
