In the Yale website it says that I have to submit ALL my scores

I took the Sept ACT and Oct ACT but my Oct scores only come out AFTER the Restrictive Early Action deadline....

I'm perfectly content with my september ACT scores and not so confident about my October ones but on the Yale website it says the last date you can take the ACT for REA is October

If I get my scores on November and i'm not happy with them, DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT THEM? I know you have to submit ALL scores but I was just wondering if I DIDNT HAVE TO because i got the scores AFTER THE REA Deadline anyway

@yaleboola2xmkc , and what would your rationale be for not submitting them if you are deferred? If you were “perfectly content” with your September scores, you presumably wouldn’t have re-taken in October. Adcoms will regard your scores in a positive light. Relax. If your scores in September were good, October scores won’t get you rejected.

IANAL, but to me “all” means “all,” so in my view: YES, you must submit them.

Btw, there’s no need to shout. It is not an emergency. You knew the answer yourself, I’m pretty sure; I only answered because I’m waiting for my coffee to kick in

Good luck and have a good day.

Remember, colleges look for your best scores. If you retake it and score lower, you will not be looked at badly.
