Standardized tests dilemma

Ok so i took the SAT in may for the first time and got cr-600 w-600 m-720. Iwas quite disappointed since on the practice tests i got mid-high 600s for w and cr.

I took the ACT in june and got a 33. I figured theres no point in taking the SAT again sine I did good on the ACT.

All I have left to do is take the SAT II's but now I'm hearing that when you submit your SATII's the SATI's go with it. Will I be hurt by the fact that I scored low on the SATI despite my good ACT?

MIT will only consider the score that considers you in the best light, regardless of any other scores you send them.
