Standardized tests, region, and admissions?

I am a rising junior. I live in New Jersey (a predominantly SAT state) and took the SAT and ACT. My scores are as follows:

SAT: 1980
CR 640
M 690
W 650

SAT: 2090
CR 660
M 630
W 800

Superscore: 2150

ACT: 32 Composite
S 35
M 29
E 34
R 28

Is it agreed upon that I did better overall on my ACT than my SAT? Would it be better to only submit my ACT to colleges and not the SAT? Will it be frowned upon that I only submit the ACT based on region?

I plan to take each of the tests one more time (maybe the ACT twice more) in addition to SAT IIs. I feel like I can really improve on Math on the SAT, and I am confident that I can get a 33/34 on the ACT if I study enough.

Any and all advice would be appreciated! Please do not hesitate to ask questions about ANYTHING!

Not necessarily, the range for a 32 is 2100-2145:

The fact that most students in NJ take the SAT doesn’t matter, colleges aren’t going to differentiate between tests based on what region of the country you’re from.

Do you have schools that require/recommend the ACT and Subject tests? Seems to me that you’re spending a lot of time on test prep (sitting standardized tests 5-6X plus Subject tests). If you feel more comfortable with the ACT and don’t need Subject tests, why not concentrate your efforts there. More students sit the ACT than SAT now, adcoms don’t care which one you submit.

The 32 ACT is better than either of your single SAT scores but your super score of 2150 is pretty much equal to the 32. If the colleges you are interested in super score the SAT then there is no harm is submitting both scores.

As for regionalism of the SAT/ACT don’t you think the colleges in New Jersey and the northeast get applications from all over the US with many being ACT only?

Submitting only the ACT will in no way be detrimental. The ACT and SAT are treated equally.

An additional benefit to reporting ACT scores is that there are about 18 schools that require SAT Subject Tests but that will accept the ACT in lieu of the SAT and SAT Subject Tests. They include schools like Tufts, Vassar, and Boston College.
