standardized tests: to retake, to send or not to send?

Two things:
1. I'm wondering if I should retake SATs because I know I can get 750+ on the math section.

2240
M: 710
CR:760
W: 770
8 essay (side note: probably the reason I didn't get a perfect score -_-)

The dilemma here is whether I should take the SAT I or improve my SAT II scores before my ED application to Brown (might change to Stanford)

USH: 720 (DEFINITELY not retaking it, especially since I got a 5 on the AP)
Lit: 710 (last of the 3 I took in one day, so I could do better on the next go)
Math 2C: 760 (800 potential)
WH: 680 (womp womp)

This leads me to my next part..
2. I got a 35 with an 8 on the essay on the ACTs and I'm definitely not going to retake it. Would it be better to send in my ACTs without subject tests or with subject tests (and not end up taking SAT I over at all)?

This sounds like a weird/confusing question so I'll clarify anything if need be.

It depends. Stanford would be tough with ur stats. HOw does your school do with that? Brown might be different-- perhaps. Try to aim a bit lower. And go with ACTs.

Anyone else can put in any input?

And to answer your question, no one in my school has gotten into Stanford for as long as I can remember, and it’s definitely not because of scores. I guess I should just retake the SATs? or just take a few more SAT subjects

Well the SAT IIs are a bit low if you really want to go there and no one has ever gotten in from your school. Try to bummp them up. I hope ur ECs are spectacular, if you want to apply to Stanford. But like I said, try to aim lower like BC or CMU or even U Chicago.
