<p>If you are applying for your 3rd year, I believe your college performance is considered rather than your h.s. performance. Andale can probably answer this best. I am pretty sure that it can pay off to take tests again if transfer is for sophomore year, but not necessary for junior year. </p>
<p>If you have to retake, it probably makes sense to do the ACT & just send that score.</p>
