Standby SAT Registration Form

<p>I am going to be a standby tester this coming SAT test (Nov. 5th). On College Board it says that in order to be accepted as a standby you have to "fill out the Registration Form completely. (Your standby registration is required for your scores to be processed.)" </p>

<p>Since the last date for the registration as already expired, I can't register for that date which means that I can't see the Registration Form. Where can I find it?? </p>

<p>well I don’t know how it works in the US but, when I did standby I had to go down to the testing center and tell them I’m doing standby and then they gave me a form. Essentially this form is the paper version of the online collgeboard registration form.</p>
