<p>I'm just expressing my frustration at College Board. I mean, how can it possibly cost them 35 dollars to process you by paper instead of online. There is absolutely no way. I am tired of CB charging such exorbitant fees. I bet that it costs them MAYBE $5 more to process a standby than a regular. Makes no sense, no sense at all. And, btw, I'm not spamming - why would I care what my post count is?</p>
