I am putting trying to put together materials for standby testing for my son for the SAT this coming Saturday. The CollegeBoard web site says to bring a completed registration form "sealed in its envelope." Does anyone know what that means? Does it mean I simply print out a registration form and seal it in an envelope? Also, since I am presently attempting to complete a registration form, I cannot choose next Saturday's test date because it is not an option. How do I complete a registration form for next Saturday's test?

olivetti, I think it is not possible to do it online after the late registration deadline. Have your S go to the guidance office at his hs and request the registration booklet for Saturday's test and there will be a registration form in the booklet. Also have him make sure the Nov. 4 test is being administered at his school; if not hopefully it will be nearby. Good Luck!

Yeah, you can't do this online.

When I did standbye last spring I wasn't able to get a copy of the registration packet because I didn't decide to take the test until the night before (as in the school was already closed), so I just showed up the next morning with a check for the right amount of money and they gave me a reg packet to fill out on the spot.

It worked out alright and I got a 710.
