Some official figures:

750 out of 4644 admitted
about 16.1%

"The Office of Undergraduate Admission announced today that 750 students have been admitted to the Class of 2011 through the non-binding Single-Choice Early Action admission program. These students were selected from an applicant pool of 4,644. They have until May 1 to confirm their enrollment."

I think someone has already posted the stats earlier. :D

Some more stats that I calculated are:

If 70% of Stanford Undergrads are accepted through RD and 30% are accepted through EA, then 1750 RD seats are available for the 22,000+ RDers, which is about a 7.9% admit rate. Also, for deferrred applicants, they are competing against the other deferred applicants and have a 10% chance of acceptance out of the deferred pool of applicants!
