3pm… How fun. I’m gonna be on the airplane from 2 pm (Californian time) for 12 hours on coming Friday, so it seems like I won’t be able to see the admission result even when it comes out. This is my first time wishing the flight would get delayed. But I know I won’t get in, so meh.

Good luck to everyone! My bf was on the phone telling me about the anxiety of waiting another week to hear from Stanford, and I told him he would hear on Friday. He feels nervous/unhappy about potentially being rejected, but he got into a fabulous “backup” school so I told him not to sweat it. I wish you all the best.

I just saw this. Actually I know a friend who got in as transfer last year and the letter head is just “Stanford University”.
Probably she was simply joking with a fake letter? I don’t see why an acceptance letter for undergrad transfer would be under the letter head of a specific department. Anyway we’ll find out in a few hours:p
