I'm a sophomore and I go to one of the top 5 schools in the nation(Horace Mann) and I would like to know what I need to do in order to improve my chances of going to an Ivy League School(Stanford is what I'm looking at right now). I'm especially gifted and interested in math and sciences. This has my history and english grades as not super impressive. My freshman year I feel I really slacked and this year I feel that I took care of the classes I liked and ditched the ones I didn't. My stats are:

My school doesnt allow APs before Junior year.

Freshman:
English: A-
Atlantic World History: B
Honors Geometry: A-
Biology: B+
French 2 Honors: A

Sophomore (projected and very attainable):
English(set): B+
US Hist: B+ (maybe A-)
French 3 Honors: A
Algebra 2 Honors/Trig: A
Chemistry: A

SATII BIO: 740

I'm gonna end up taking Chem in two weeks and and math 2 junior year.

I'm confident in my ability to get a >2300 SAT.

I know I will be taking 2 more honors courses and 5 APs junior and senior year. I calculated it and a 4.3 W/3.8 UW GPA is possible for me if I don't include my Freshman year (Which I think Stanford doesn't look at).

EC (not too much, can be improved): Vars Football, Vars Wrestling (only this year because I got cut from basketball), hopefully next year Vars Basketball.
2 Publications
Lots and lots of community service.
Plan on starting up my business this summer to earn $$$ and I will have a PT job.

I'm also ethnically Hispanic (Argentina) if that helps. I'm definitely on the lower income spectrum at my school having 95% of the total tuition being covered by Financial Aid.

What can I do to make myself a better candidate my Junior year? I know my HS helps but I'm not sure how much.
