bump…tralalalala

Harvard and Stanford are very high reaches for you. Personally, I doubt you’ll be accepted.

what major?

newkjack88: mathematics

How many APs have you taken? Your GPA and EC’s are very good, but your scores suggest academic weakness at your school. AP courses and tests may counteract this effect.

pretty good chance. (if mathematics is an uncommon major for females.)

With those schools, it’s always a crapshoot. I don’t think anyone can call them safe.

With those test scores, it looks to be high reaches. If you can retake your ACT and SAT, then you’ll have a chance.

is there anything on your application that shows dedication towards mathematics? looking at what you’ve posted, then no.

Using the stats you listed, your Academic Index is about 216, with a rank of 6 out of 9. Stanford doesn’t use the exact AI that CC and Harvard do, but it does rank its applicants based on their “objective data”. If you want to improve your chances of acceptance to S or H, you should try to raise your test scores above 700 for each section of the SAT and each Subject Test. For more info on the AI and its correlation to acceptance rates, check out [Academic Index: The AI Rank Explained](http://www.collegeconfidential.com/ai_rank.htm)

thx for all the help guys…i do have specific math-related ec’s but i was too lazy to post them all…and its too late for me to retake any admissions tests now as decissions come out in ~2 weeks…im just too anxious to wait lol

I see. Well good luck!
