I'm an Asian-American going to a mid to low class highschool in the Bay Area, California.

GPA: 4.5 weighted, 3.85 unweighted

Note: All the AP's I took through independent study and CC were because they don't offer them at my highschool. By the end of senior year, I would have taken all the honors and AP classes (except AP foreign language and AP Art) that are offered. Oh, also got the AP National Scholar award as a Junior.

Worked all through Junior year.
Took classes at community colleges since the beginning of highschool.

i think ur in at berkeley and ur stats compare favorably to a lot of mit, stanford, and harvard applicants, but those last three schools are known to have more qualified applicants than spots for students and so i'd say those are reaches

Berkeley: Probably
Stan: Possibly
MIT: Possibly
Harvard: Possibly

One out of Stan/MIT/Harvard: Probably

u have a great chance, u have done a lot of independent studying. emphasize that. btw, i'm a bit confused, r u a junior or a senior?
