If anyone got early to Stanford and also applied to Berkeley, PLEAASE rescind your application, I and the other applicants would really appreciate it !!!

The RD homies will show up. Just wait for them

Lol yes, Berkeley applicants would like that. But I didnât fall into either category so :-<

@appanxiety Yes! Was originally REA but I pushed it back to retake the subject tests. Very nervous

helloooo RD applicant here:) how are you all faring with your deferrals hope youâre not too upset because its not a flat out rejection!! always remember that they were sitting there and decided that you were too good to reject

RD applicant here. Whatâs up everybody!

I havenât post here since I got rejected during REA, but I have some things to say. I just want to say that I have no regrets applying to Stanford REA. I gave it my all, and in the end, it still wasnât enough. Iâm also happy that I got rejected instead of deferred, because getting deferred means more stress. I thank you, Stanford, for having the policy of either accepting or rejecting students during REA instead of deferring people like my friends who applied to Ivies and other colleges in the Northeast.

Anyways, that ends my rant and this is my last post on this sub-forum. Good luck to all RDâers!

is there a specific RD discussion thread

@thekoolkid I donât think so.This for REA and RD.

RD applicants: it might be best to make another thread so that REA applicants donât get bombarded with notifications.

OK.I made a thread for RD. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/stanford-university/1720592-stanford-class-of-2019-rd-applicants-discussion-decisions.html?new=1

Bye everyone! It was fun Keeping hope alive for regular admission in march with you RD people and the rest of us deferees. Peace.

hi guys an international RD applicant here! just wondering on the stanford supplement when they say âname your favourite books, authors, films and/or artistsâ do they mean music artists or artists artists?

@ibbi1824â , you can choose either or both. I personally did musical artists. Also, you might have more fun and camaraderie on the main RD thread that was main today:
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/stanford-university/1720592-stanford-class-of-2019-rd-applicants-discussion-decisions.html?new=1
But Iâll still be here lol :p

Good luck to you!

RD deadline hasnât even passed yet and I already want my decision haha

@emenyaâ thanks :)

For those that were deferred early, please keep us posted on your results in March! Best of luck :)

I almost forgot @heldenlebenâ HEEYYYYY!!! CONGRATS!!! So happy for you!!

@zgamergirl Same thing here.Even I havenât submit yet but want my decision

The interview is not offered in my place. Is that a big deal?

Mmhmm. (Or mhhm. Or nnmnn. Oh forget it lol)

No, donât worry, itâs not a big deal. Interviews are not that significant part of the application process. Heck, even California doesnât get interviews. So you wonât be penalized one bit.
