I know this waiting process sucks. But think of it this way. You will never be able to experience this process again! Sure maybe for graduate school but at that point colleges aren’t asking you who you are as a person but what you are in your career field. If anything, this crappy college applications period has really made me think about who I am as a person, who I want to be, and how I act around others. It was truly a growth experience. I hope all of you can see it the same way

@tuty143 Totally agree— in my final interview, my interviewer actually told me that he specifically wrote down how impressive it was that I was so self-aware. Made me realize that this process really made me think more about who I am as a person, what I love, what I am passionate about, and where I want to go in life. While overall it really sucked, there is definitely something valuable to be found.
I already had one rejection this week (Pomona) and now I’m freaking out. Really hoping for some good news. Stanford is my dream and I hope everyone has a chance at their dream school. 41 hours, 39 minutes!
@CoralReef19 me too. Pomona was my dream school, but I’ve realized Pomona and Stanford are two different schools looking for two very different types of students. Good luck to you!
Ugh results will come out when it would be early morning of the 26th here, and that day I have an exam, so I won’t be able to check it till almost it’s midday here :(( :((
I think I should consider trying to concentrate on the exam rather than worrying too much about the results (expecting a rejection anyway, even though my essays were perhaps amazing, my SAT score sucks 
). Easier said than done, though.
