I am not exactly expecting one as the portal says that I have everything in, I just noticed that they say a notification will be sent out “Mid-November.” Do you think they will also notify you if your financial aid stuff is missing?
@woakley5 You’re worried that a negative hasn’t yet occurred? I get that this is nerve-wracking but trust that they’re fully capable and that no docs are missing. Remember: they WANT to fully evaluate you and get you admitted if possible.

Did anyone else’s heart skip a beat when they saw that the REA results thread has already been made? Ahh, judgement day is right around the corner!
I did, both my twin sis and I received an emailed on Nov.14 that they were missing our counselor recommendation, school report, teach recs, and transcript (basically everything my school was in charge of submitting 8-| I don’t blame them too much though, my class has 700 students and like two counselors), they told us to resubmit everything immediately even if we already submitted it, and our portal confirms they received it, so I think they already began the application review process
Does anyone know how long it takes for ACT scores to be received? My October ACT scores are by far my best scores, and I’d really like it to be a part of my file, but I know they might not receive it in time and I’m obsessively checking my portal every few hours to see if they did lol
@jql2017 If Stanford didn’t ask for you to resend your scores on the Nov 14 communication, you can stop worrying about it. I can see why that was disconcerting but you know that scores are a data dump, right? A few keystrokes and everything was uploaded to your file – a long time ago.

Oh I see, it’s just that I took the SAT three times and ACT twice, the last time being the best score out of all five tests
Hey everyone! Hope you’re all fairing well. I’m part of the class of 2020 at Stanford, so if you have any questions at all, shoot away! This time of year I remember was really nerve-wracking, so take some time, breathe, and maintain your sanity. Don’t worry about the results right now. I applied REA, got deferred and then got in a few months later, so I definitely know about how painful the waiting can be. Everything will work itself out in time, so finish up your other apps and focus on finals and finishing the semester strong. 
(actually tho finish apps because writing 9 apps over christmas break is not fun)

@sodapop027 Hey, do you remember when they announced that they would release the REA decisions on the second Friday of Dec?

@Lovemydolphins Okay that’s great! I followed theit twitter a couple of weeks ago but I wasn’t sure when they’d announce the date. Guess we’ll have to wait till December 7th to see if it’s going to be the 9th.
Hey Everyone, brothers and sisters who are applying for Stanford REA too, Greetings.
21 Days to come. Since today is thanksgiving, I just want to mention that I am grateful that I can even apply for Stanford with the help of my parents. I was reading through CC Stanford REA Class of 2020 post. It was scary. The only chance I am getting in is God. God bless all applicants to find their fit schools, and mine too.
