have not come out yet.

I have this feeling the Stanford adcoms have been reading our threads and have PURPOSELY held our emails back.

I have this feeling the Stanford adcoms have been reading our threads and have PURPOSELY held our emails back.

Lolz i am a stanford adcom HAHAHHHHHAHAHAH

Way to freak people out! Good job!

f**k you, ebaniaga.

(still rather clever though) :D

omg…

someone a while back in december discovered a way you could find out your admissions decision by trying to use your application ID to make an axess id.

i think if it was possible it was likely you were in, and if it didnt work you were either rejected or they hadnt updated the system yet.

complete bs in my opinion (didnt work for me) but if you want to amuse yourselves with that … go ahead ? haha

Lol,
Back when I applied to QuestBridge, someone said to use Axess to find out if they received everything. I created an account (which I wasn’t supposed to, but hey I didn’t know better), and it didn’t say anything about acceptance and stuff, so I doubt that would work.

https://sunetid.stanford.edu/main/SUNetIdApp/CreateApp

it doesn’t work for me… :P

^It doesn’t work for me either.

Guess we both found out our Stanford decisions. :o

From the website:

“Students: Your University ID is in your offer letter.”

^Whew. Sigh of relief …

But I still know I will be rejected.

i used the ID they gave in the e-mail from feb for kicks.
it’s probably not legit, but whatever.

Yeah same here.
But I can’t concentrate! I’d rather know now, even if I’m rejected, it would give me a sense of peace.

^Same here. I have zero ability to focus on anything at all. (Ok I never was that concentrated anyways because it seems like I was born with ADHD)

I already know that I’m rejected (innate feeling), but I really want to read that reject letter on my computer screen. Too bad they don’t do mailings anymore. I’ll miss that Stanford letterhead on paper. :(

^Lol, why don’t you ask one be sent to you?
I might. It’ll make it feel more official. aha.

from here:
https://sunetid.stanford.edu/main/SUNetIdApp/CreateApp

D can set up her SUNet ID and password. but with the following message:

The SUNet ID “xxxxxxxx” has been reserved for you, pending sponsorship.
To activate services such as email, AFS, web, and calendar for this account, you must be sponsored by a staff or faculty member.

Sponsorship of your SUNet ID will automatically activate your account services.
The sponsor will select a service level that determines which services are activated.
If you’re not sure who should sponsor your SUNet ID, contact your departmental administrator. Provide your name, your SUNet ID, and the reason you require sponsorship (such as participation in a Stanford program or research project).

If the account has not been sponsored by Apr 10, 2009, the reserved SUNet ID will expire.

what this means?

^ I was able to create one as well and I received the same message. Don’t know what it means though, if anything.

Were either of you accepted early decision?

No, I applied RD

Well, I think that means you got in! Congrats!
