Stanford Deferred me, what about my options?

<p>Hey CC community!
I was crushed on December 11th to find that I was deferred from my dream school (I even threw a table on the ground WWF style). So I've picked myself up again and I was wondering what are my chances at my other options... All my essays are written, basically now I want to know if should I use my hard earned money on these applications and push the submit button? </p>

<p>&&... If it's not too much to ask I'd like to know a little bit about their merit aid (if applicable) because I don't think I qualify for much need-based aid</p>

<p>You’re a great candidate, I’m surprised you got deferred. Your work experience is awesome, and so is your senior schedule and ACT score. (The independent studies are amazing) </p>

<p>Since Stanford was probably your hardest school, I’d say you’ll get accepted at all of your other options. Good luck!</p>

<p>I’m only one of tens of thousands of kids who apply… with that kind of competition my accomplishments are definitely not so great by comparison :slight_smile: thanks for the complements! i’m pushing the submit button soon! </p>

<p>Should i apply to JHU and Duke tho? i can’t decide… :)</p>
