My number one is Stanford, I visited this summer during a family reunion and it was amazing, perfect school for me.

I think I might be in trouble because of my grades. They're good, just not incredible. Rates are low for kids without gpas about a 3.75, but I'm always told by teachers and peers that my grades don't accurately depict my abilities. Any tips on how to show this to adcoms?

Anyway,

-I have a 3.730 unwtd gpa, and I'm not a minority or an athlete.

-I go to one of the best public schools in the state (which isn't saying much coming from Louisiana) and I'm in the top 10% at 21/377.

-I own and operate my own tutoring business (like sylvan but local, way cheaper, and way more effective), for which I created a website.

-I got a 4 on my art ap exam, and will be taking 4 more ap classes (most I can take)

-I'll be an Eagle Scout by the time I apply.

-31 on the ACT, and will be taking some SAT subject tests.

-Band- Section Leader and First Chair (band is recognized nationally)

-Senior Patrol Leader for my BSA troop (thats the highest position)

-other ECs- Student Government, Art Club, Beta Club (photographer)

-plenty of community service
