Stanford EA/Rice Chance, Chem E Major

So here's my college list:
Texas A&M (accepted already)
University of texas austin (auto-accept)
Stanford
Rice

Obviously I'm asking for chances for Rice and Stanford

Numerical Stats:
Unweighted: 3.81
Weighted: 5.44 (My school uses 6.0 scale honors, 5.0 regular)
Rank: 27 out of 531 (4.98%)
PSAT: 206
SAT: 2030 (Low, I know...)
SSAT's: Chem 800, Math 2 800
AP Scholar with Honor (All 4's and 5's)
National Merit Commended
Most rigorous courseload (All AP's except for band period)

My EC's are pretty decent.
Eagle Scout, Tuba section leader, I made the Bands of America National Honor Band. Black Belt. Math/science competitive team, Science national honor society. NHS Treasurer.

Unfortunately I'm a white suburban male, so no minority status for me. My essays are pretty good (I'm VERY passionate about band). I'm applying to be a Chem E major.

Will my Subject SAT's make up for my SAT?

Also other college suggestions would be appreciated if you have them :)
I applied Early Action to Stanford, which was probably a bad decision but I had no idea what it entailed at the time.

bump 10char

Stanford, less than 5% chance. Overall your grades/SAT are below Stanford’s average, as are your EC’s. From the point of view of an admissions officer, I wouldn’t see anything in particular that makes me want to admit you.
