<p>No experience, but have been looking into the course, too. The website says EPGY’s linear algebra course is offered on a pass/no pass basis. CTY also offers a linear algebra course but it is offered for a grade (it is much more expensive, too). EPGY’s courses are rigorous and respected, but the grading scheme (pass/no pass) bothers me. How will high schools or colleges be able to tell how a student did in the course? Anyone taken the course?</p>
<p>You’re taking it for fun, interest. Schools don’t consider it a college course for credit.</p>
<p>How about AP Physics?</p>
<p>This class isn’t a joke… The lecture videos and the tests are completely different. The textbook is like completely different too… It’s on a pass and fail basis because the tests your not even expected to do all of the problems.
