What are some commitments outside of the hour and a half instruction time? The schedule is kind of vague.
Lots of dense reading, projects, short papers… to be fair, he did not spend ALL day on his SHI work, and it was significantly less work than in-person, where the kids are required to write a proper research paper - but it was NOT a mere hour and a half on ZOOM and then he was done for the day. Great experience, but I would not suggest an overlap, especially if you don’t know what the other program entails. (Maybe you do?)

for people who were accepted, when’s your deadline to accept/decline the offer? just want an idea on when waitlisted people would get notified

The deadline was May 14th, so they’ll probably notify the waitlisted people soon

Hey has anyone who got waitlisted heard back from SSHI? They told me they’d start evaluating those waitlisted starting from May 30th.
