This is about when stanford was still interviewing, I never got an interview email.
Is it possible I missed it?
My dad claims that I just mishandled the email- the people at Stanford he called said that Stanford was “interviewing anyone who wanted to”. (I live in San Francisco) Is it possible I mishandled the email or did Stanford really not send an interview to me?
Basically just wondering if there are any other Stanford applicants who did not get an interview request.
If you look at the admissions website, it very clearly outlines the geographic locations in which interviews are currently offered. It was also on a number of the applicant communications. San Francisco/CA is not among them this year.
If you had an eligible zip code on your application, an interviewer would have contacted you.
My understanding is that Stanford does not yet interview candidates in California. See:
