Hey all. I’m applying to Stanford’s Medical Youth Science Program, and I was wondering if there’s anyone out there that has been in the program. I have some questions that I would like to ask:

  1. My PSAT score only improved 3 points from last year. I haven't taken the SAT. Should I still list both scores?
  2. I don't have the best GPA (~3.6). However, this is my unweighted GPA. I've taken 4 AP classes and my weighted GPA is 3.8. Do I still have a chance at getting accepted, or even being offered an interview?
  3. Does it look bad if my responses are about only 330 words out of a possible 400 word limit? I don't want to add unnecessary fluff to my responses, but I don't want to show that I don't have much to say about myself, either.

hey I know it is too late now…but I was wondering if you got in to the program?

Are you going to apply? I really would love to do something like this in the summer but it looks a little bit challenging!

@locks38 its not late at all, deadlines are till 31st march. you ahve like 3 months lmao… but try to apply as quickly as possible.

idk i’m not sure about applying yet lol don’t know if I will make it.,i was just wondering if this particular user got in because I have more or less the same GPA
