You should definitely try them all. UMich is an easy low match/safety for you from in state,
Before you apply to OOS publics like Berkeley and UIUC, make sure you can afford them. Don’t expect any aids from them particularly UIUC. For UMich, you are likely to get the Regent scholarship ($1500 for top ~500 in state students). If you have need, make sure you apply to the Michigan Competitive Scholarship too. The amount is small (~$630), but it is easy money.
@billcsho Are there any larger scholarships for UMich which I am automatically in consideration for?
@QuadrupleBond Other than the Regent Scholarship for top ~500 in state student. You may be eligible to the Engineering Scholarship of Honors that is $8000/year up to 4yr for in state student ($20k/yr for OOS). You are in the range to get one but it is not guaranteed. My D got it last year with similar stat. This one does not require additional application and you will be considered automatically if you apply EA and admitted before February. 40-45 students would be invited to apply for Shipman Scholarship which is the real big one. Anyone got invited will receive a scholarship even do not get selected at the end. Other than that, there are a bunch of scholarships you may apply.

What is your EFC? UMich meet the needs of in state student. You may be able to get some grant money too.
MIT is a reach, your quantitative stats are in the range, but I’m afraid your EC’s/Awards are lacking quite a bit.
