Um.. if you have a copy, send it now, cuz it is kind of late. Or you could wait a couple days and then send it.

OR.. if you don't have a copy, ask your teacher quick and tell her to send another one.

I think they will contact you and ask you to fax it if they don't get it on time

oracle1 where do you check your status like that? 'cause I want to do that too!

i guess it's fine, cause i have 2 teacher recs pending,
and my friend has one too

Don't worry too much. I called the admission office and they told me that they would very much prefer you to wait until the end of the week. If it's still pending then, you can go ahead and fax it.

aw5k:
so, mine is still pending
did they say they're still in the process of filing materials when you called?

Hey quickflood.
Yes, they were still processing when I called. They won't be finished processing until the end of the week. I have Form 3 still pending, too.
Are you going to fax the stuff at the end of the week? How are you going to make sure that they know what belongs to your application (since there are many pages belonging to a form)?

Called yesterday.

If something's still pending by early next week, we're suppsoed to call them, and they'll tell us what to do (most likely sent it again).

so i guess we'll just have to wait till next week. if it takes them two weeks just to file paper, how long you think it's gonna take them to read our application. it's hard to imagine how they can manage to read all the apps in only a month.

a lot of my stuff was pending until today. now everything is listed as completed/received

As evil as this sounds, I'm guessing some of the apps will be easily taken out. Hence only one month. As much as they say that they don't have that particularly stats cut-off, I'm sure there are some stats that they will just say "no" to. That'll make it easier on us...

agreed, pyleela.
