Stanford Pre-Collegiate 2015

I got accepted into the Stanford Pre-Collegiate program for Investigations in Leadership and Negotiation. I was wondering if anyone else is going to the program. Any reviews? Is it worth it? Does this help in the future for admissions? And are the courses taught by Stanford professors or other teachers?

Thanks!

I got accepted into Stanford Pre-Collegiate program for Leadership and Negotiation this summer 2016. How was you experience last summer ? Was it worth it ? Please reply back .

Hi @sidmlb !
So I feel like they will probably restructure the course because my experience wasn’t that great and neither were those of the other kids. We gave them very specific reviews and ways of improving the course significantly The instructor wasn’t great and he definitely wasn’t that prepared with his lessons. I will, however, say that the experience was great and the professionals we met (who are actual decision scientists) truly opened my eyes to the various sides of business. If you make those connections with the professionals and make contacts (which I did) then it’s worth it, as you can get great recommendations/internships/guidance from them. It really is based on how you take advantage of the opportunities.

I made a bunch of friends from across the world, which is definitely a plus!
