chance at stanford?

Yep. Based on your strong SATs and GPA, and leadership ECs, probably better than average - 20 to 25%.

You got a ok chance. I hope you taking a lot of ap and college classes.

You're chances are decent, but they would be a lot better if you had an interesting EC or a unique essay. A lot of people have those stats and are deferred/waitlisted/rejected.

You're one of thousands that can go either way. Apply widely. Stanford has tons of great scoring Asians from CA, schools like Duke and Chicago don't.

to the op....does stanford's recalculated gpa really include first semester of senior year...i hope so

UC's dont.

I think it could be about 30%. Everything you have is very strong, but there is nothing particularly unique for Stanford. I'm sure you'll get into a few excellent colleges; it's just hard to predict which ones.

your ECs look a little weak, but the test scores look great!

UC gpa doesnt include senior year at all.

great chance

Aren't you a sophomore?

I've seen other posts by you where your "stats" have changed.

...Other than that, you have what the average Stanford admit has. Unfortunately, there's nothing to distinguish you from other applicants.

Most weird... your stats are different from this post.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?p=1750372

But from those stats, I'd say Stanford:Slight Reach.

Tell me more about your books, Jason4444.

don't understand how your SAT II is 2400. does that mean you took 3 SAT IIs and got 800 on all of em?
